Gold and Silver Package Refund Policies (and both packages without the photoshoot)​​

• The matches and dates refund guarantee only applies if you live within the Greater London region in the UK. Otherwise Tristan has the right to not offer the guarantee or to offer a different guarantee.

• You need to buy a paid Hinge membership with unlimited likes for the duration of the coaching period (at least 1 month).

• ​Before starting swiping, you need to open a new Hinge account with your phone number login or if Tristan agrees, keep your existing account but refresh your swiping stack.

• You need to continuously mass like profiles on the dating app to a reasonable degree and let Tristan's team do it.

• We start counting the 1 month from the day you or Tristan's team starts your mass swiping (liking profiles).

• You need to have a Hinge account with phone number login or give other login access to your account to Tristan's team. You need to allow Tristan's team to log in to your account and give them full access to the account to optimise it and help you with sending likes, texting, feedback etc.

• You need to allow Tristan's team to text on your dating app account, if he thinks that might help.

• ​You need to do your first coaching call within 2 weeks since starting swiping on the dating app.

• All included coaching calls need to be done within your coaching period.

• You need to be responsive to Tristan on WhatsApp. Without prior warning and agreement, you can't repeatedly be unresponsive for more than 48h or be unresponsive once for more than 4 days. If you do that, Tristan has the right to delete your dating profile and deny a refund to you.

• If you're unresponsive for more than 48 hours, Tristan can add these days to extend the matches and date guarantee period.

• Not allowed to deliberately keep the match and date counts under guarantee figures.

• If you deliberately sabotage your results to keep the number of matches and date agreements under the guarantee numbers, Tristan has the right to delete your dating profile and deny a refund to you.

• You need to be realistic with your expectations for matches' attractiveness. You should be happy with a range from -2 points from your own real life attractiveness and sexual marketplace value level to +1 point from your own level, on a ten point scale.

• Your set location pin and the radius filter around it filter needs to cover a major population centre. The covered area needs to include a population of at least 4 million people. You can start with a smaller population area but if within 2 first weeks you haven't got minimum 15 matches and 3 date agreements, you need to allow the location pin and filters to be changed so it cover a major population area with at least 4 million people.

• You need to follow Tristan’s instructions to a reasonable degree. You can't repeatedly ignore Tristan's guidelines and advice.

• You need to allow Tristan or his team to like profiles and message matches on your behalf.

• You need to ask matches out or for their number within 1 week of starting texting. Getting her number counts as a date agreement.

• If matches don’t reply, you need to double text and triple text them as per Tristan’s coaching.

• If a match agrees to have a date at some point, that counts as a date. Tristan cannot guarantee if the date will actually happen, if your schedules will match or if she backs out from the date. Any positive response to you asking them on a date, counts as a date.

• If a match gives you her phone number, social media or messaging app account (normally WhatsApp or Instagram) that also counts as a date. You should ask them out on the other apps straight away in that case.

• Dating intention needs to be set on “Long term, open to short” or not be visible.

• Age filter settings have to be these or broader:
  Min age: Your age / 2 + 3 (or lower)
  Max age: Your age + 7 (or higher)​

• No other filters than the age filter are allowed. Start with closer distance filters though.

• You also shouldn't unmatch girls purely because of certain profile settings, including but not limited to: you don't like where they live, you don't like that they drink alcohol etc. You can't be too picky.

• Match counting rules: If you message a match or the match doesn't get unmatched by you or her within 24h from matching, the match counts.

• You need to text all matches within 2 days, except for matches you’re not interested in at all without texting them and you unmatch them within 24 hours from matching.

• If you get the guarantee figure of matches but not dates in 1 month, Tristan's team takes over the swiping and texting on your profile and they have 1 more month to get you to the guarantee figure of matches, counting within any 30 day period from when you got your first date agreement on the app until the end of the second month of swiping (we look at the dates of when your previous).

• If you're not actively looking for, not putting in the effort and don't want to meet more people and go on 3 different first dates in 1 month, the 15 matches and 3 dates guarantee does not apply.

• If you only want to date one specific girl and are not trying to meet more, the 15 matches and 3 dates guarantee does not apply.

• You're not allowed to deliberately derail conversations on dating apps or unmatch matches to keep your match and date numbers lower.

• You're not allowed to delete matches that you have texted. You can move them to the Hidden section on Hinge.

• You need to reply to girls in a reasonable time, within 5 days, better quicker than slower.

• You need to ask for their phone number or social media account first on dating apps, rather than giving yours. Then you can be the one to start texting them off the dating app.

• If you get the guarantee figure of date agreements but not matches in 1 month, Tristan's team takes over the swiping and texting on your profile and they have 1 more month to get you to the guarantee figure of matches, counting within any 30 day period from when the you started swiping until the end of the second month of swiping (we look at the matching dates of your previous matches).

• If you get the guarantee figure of matches but not date agreements in 1 month, Tristan's team takes over the swiping and texting on your profile and they have 1 more month to get you to the guarantee figure of date agreements, counting within any 30 day period from when the you started swiping until the end of the second month of swiping (we look at the date of when you had date agreements or when you got phone numbers or social media accounts from your previous matches).

• If you don’t get the guarantee figure of both date agreements and matches in 1 month, Tristan's team takes over the swiping and texting on your profile and they have 1 more month to get you to the guarantee figures, counting within any 30 day period from when the you started swiping until the end of the second month of swiping (we look at the matching dates of your previous matches and the dates when your previous matches agreed to meet up at some point or gave you their phone number, social media or messaging app accounts, normally WhatsApp or Instagram).

• You can agree with Tristan to skip or delay some parts of the coaching, but if that hinders you reaching the guaranteed number of matches and date agreements, Tristan has the right to deny you a refund.

• If you’re not happy with the photos after the photoshoot, you can claim for a refund. You will not receive the photos without the watermark and the edited photos in that case. You will not receive any coaching or other services, nor can you ever buy another service from Tristan Eksten.

• If you're not happy with the photos after the photoshoot, you can claim for a full refund no longer than 24 hours after receiving the preview link for all your photos. Tristan Eksten has the right to decline refunds after that for not liking the photos.

• If guarantee match and date agreement figures are not reached within any 30 day period from starting mass swiping to two months later, you can claim for a refund.

• Tristan can make you another offer instead of the refund. You’re not obliged to take it.

• To claim for a refund you need to fill out a questionnaire sent by Tristan.

• You will not receive feedback on your current dating profile if you claim for a refund.

• You will not receive the 1-month access to Tristan Eksten on WhatsApp for continuous advice if you claim for a refund.

• You will not receive any other services, advice or coaching yet to be fulfilled if you claim for a refund.

• If the photoshoot takes place outside London, extra travel fees apply. These are not refundable.

• Any travel fees or other expenses that you paid for yourself or for Tristan or another photographer, will not be refunded.

• If you ask for a refund you will lose all Tristan Eksten memberships.

• You will not be able to book any services from Tristan Eksten in the future if you claim for a refund.

• The refund will be issued to your payment card within 7 days of your refund request.​

• If for any reason your dating profile gets banned, Tristan Eksten cannot be held accountable and no refund is available.​
